Sermon Archive Uploader Privacy Policy

Alderson Missionary Baptist Church operates the Sermon Archive Uploader for authorized church operators. It uses YouTube API Services to publish approved sermon recordings, verify publication, and organize the church's YouTube playlists. Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Information we use

With the operator's authorization, the uploader uses Google authorization tokens, channel, video and playlist identifiers, video metadata, publication status, and playlist details. It sends approved recordings, descriptions and artwork to YouTube. It stores authorization and transfer records locally to resume interrupted uploads and verify publication.

Sharing

The uploader sends information necessary to operate the service to Google. The public can see videos, metadata and playlists that the church publishes. The uploader does not sell API data or use it for advertising.

Revocation and deletion

Contact admin@aldersonchurch.com for privacy questions or to request deletion. You can revoke access in Google account permissions.

To revoke access or request deletion of stored uploader data, contact the church administrator at the address above. The administrator can stop the uploader and revoke its Google authorization. If you remove access in Google account permissions, please contact the administrator so the church can identify and remove the related local records. Published videos can be managed separately in YouTube Studio.
